The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

You will appreciate its immense fine sandy beach, along the path of the Douaniers (GR 223), 100 m from the house and its location on the Route des Caps!

The apartment is located on the first floor of our house in a rural setting overlooking the countryside. To ensure peace and quiet, the 1st floor is uninhabited throughout the summer. It is located in a recently renovated garden with various palm trees, olive trees, etc. About 300 m² of the total 2700 m² are at your disposal. Sandy beach 3 km away. Parking for max. 1 car on site. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
