We like apartment very much - very clean, well-equipped. The owner Carolina is very helpful, gave us advices and answered within 5 minutes. The photos are real. The only problem was slow internet but it is even better as we did not spend much time scrolling phones. The parking lot is a good advantage as it is really challenging to find a parking space in this area.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Description and pictures are consistent with the apartment. The latter is very well located in the small town of Rijeka (close to a convenience store, restaurants and the river). Ivana is very good tips for restaurants nearby and is very responsive when we have a question. She also advised us to take a boat ride with her dad at sunset on Lake Skadar. Amazing experience, which we highly recommend! You can book your stay with Ivana without a second thought.

One room studio apartment with balcony located on the north side of Petrovac, 15 min. walk from the beach, close to bus station and autoroute. The guests can find all necessary staff for cooking, AC, TV, fridge, comfortable bed, nice balcony view to olive grove. The windows directed to the north, so the room is not heated by sun during the day. Couple of days before arrival Jovana shared detailed instruction how to find and inter into the apartment, also gave necessary support for registration. All was fine, would be in my top to consider to stay if come to Crna Gora again.

Everything was perfect! The host was friendly and communicative, the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

This wonderful place is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay as the apartment had everything you could wish for. A grocery store is within 15mins walking distance and the marvelous old town of Kotor along with multiple hiking trails in the neighbouring mountains are within the same distance. Even the airport of Tivat is even within 15mins by car but this place feels like a different place on earth as peaceful and quiet as it is! I wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for everything!

The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance to the beach and Budva Castle. Rooms and Living Room There is a spacious and large balcony. The host was helpful when we arrived late. Thanks

Nice and clean apartment in a modern building with everything in walking distance, ideal for long stays.

Misha's apartment was great! Very spacious, good mattresses, everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of spare bath towels, beddings and linens. A large lounge sofa to really relax and at the same time with views to the fantastic bay/sea. We didn't have to leave the apartment because the view was more than enough for us. The apartment is in Becici, with a beautiful beach and the clearest water I have ever seen. You have to be able to walk for this accommodation and love walking if you don't want to take a taxi every time to get groceries. That might be because we rented for over a month. And every day we enjoyed, sun or rain... Supermarkets within walking distance. Our favorite was the Aroma supermarket just over the bridge to Budva. Walking along the beach to the Old Town of Budva was also a delight. Misha was always easily accessible for questions and he always tried to help and give advice. Very nice and warm contact!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Ana's father was always very helpful, nice and gave us lots of good recommendations on what to do in Bar and the surrounding area! A big recommendation is the waterfalls which are only a short walk from the property. The property is very well accessible by train and the walk to the beach is not far. The rooms were clean and cozy, an air conditioner and washing machine were also available. All in all, a recommended accommodation. The price/performance is also very good

A nice apartment in a new building on the first floor. Each room has air conditioning and everything you need for living. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea. The only downside is the small volume of the boiler.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

Very satisfied with our stay with a big plus for the pool in these hot weather and overcrowded beaches. A very professional and responsive welcome. We recommend it.

The ground-floor apartment was nice, and the host gave clear instructions. Everyone was helpful. However, we were missing some basic items like paper towels and a coffee maker. There were a few bugs in the apartment due to nearby trees. On the positive side, there were fresh fruits available nearby, and the family restaurant next door offered tasty food and liqueurs. Communication in Polish/English

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful accommodation located not far from Kotor. Very nice accommodation, very well decorated with a lot of very appreciable utensils (washing machine, IPTV (some problems anyway), hair dryer, etc.), just missing a microwave in the kitchen to heat up baby dishes or other. A little difficult to find because Google always takes you through a rather dangerous road but Sanja sends several addresses to find the accommodation and then it's quite simple. Very peaceful accommodation, the terrace of the apartment overlooks the Bay of Kotor, magnificent view. We came for 1 week with our 16-month-old son and Sanja provided us with a high chair and a crib, it was perfect. I would this property.
