Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was incredible; the apartment was clean and nice and the rooftop pool was stunning. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and so so helpful. Definitely recommend!

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. The apartment at the Astra Condo was so great. We felt so incredibly comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was modern, very clean and fully equipped. The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.

Azmarie was great, we arrived late and she came to meet us with the key at 10pm. The building is new and beautiful. The pool is the nicest we’ve ever seen 150 meters long! It’s a 30 min walk to the old city and about 10 min to Big C mini with lots of restaurants and amenities right outside. Great pasta place at the mini mall across the street and recommend the massage place behind 7/11. The condo is gorgeous with nice decor. Kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and everything you need to cook at home. The rain shower has good pressure and water was hot. The closet is big with lots of hangers. The bed has a nice soft mattress topper which is unusual in our experience and was greatly appreciated. In room laundry was a bonus and there is a drying rack on the patio. Highly recommend staying here ❤️ amazing place and a good price.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and will certainly choose this house again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
