House holiday rentals in Suthep

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Good environment, suitable for one or friends traveling together, big lawn in front, river behind the house, you can take a walk🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

it was just the place we (group of 5) were looking for. It was clean, located in one of the prime areas with all the amenities nearby. we have dwverything around the corner and logistics were very easy. We would definitely recommend this property and would want to stay here again.

Very cozy place to stay.I have wonderful memories of Chiang Mai.The host arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was very enthusiastic about taking us to the nearby 7-11 to shop. The difficulties encountered in the middle were solved by the host in a timely and enthusiastic manner. Thank you! Beautiful little house, suitable for friends and family to travel and live.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

The little wooden house is wonderful. The Ratana family is very hospitable. We spent three dreamy days in Chiang Mai. There were also two cute little dogs. We picked the mangoes from the tree right outside the door and enjoyed the huge and beautiful courtyard. We will definitely come back and stay for a longer time!

Great location, spacious apartment, lovely back garden. Pia was a great host, quick to respond to any questions.

The apartment is clean and quiet, in a quiet laneway, there are small shops next door very convenient, massage and food nearby CP value is very high

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

We had such a perfect stay at Xiaoxie’s Airbnb! We loved it so much we ended up extending an extra 5 nights. The location is amazing and in walking distance to the best spots in the old town. There are also lots of great cafes and restaurants very nearby. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the couch and watching Netflix after a long day of exploring. The shower gets very hot, and the bed was super comfortable. The private pool was a highlight for us! We would love to stay here again, and I think this would be a perfect place for longer stays in Chiang Mai.

Perfect for a small group of four or five to get around, the location is convenient, the environment is comfortable, the house is also very clean, Eddie and his family are very hospitable, any problems can be solved in a timely manner, which left a very good impression on our trip in Chiang Mai! Definitely close to the airport, Eddie also prepared earplugs for light sleepers, and the number of flights drops at night, so there is basically not a lot of noise, and the shower pressure is a little small, but it's not a big problem, overall it's still very satisfying!

Everything was perfect and beautiful!

Prattana hosts a lovely home in a relatively peaceful part of Nimman Road. The house is very clean with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility to surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient as well. Prattana is a very responsive host with clear instructions as well as providing active responses to unforeseen events. Our group is very pleased with staying with her and will definitely come back !

There are some semi-wild coffee shops on the road in front of the house, and local restaurants are just a short walk away. Mae Sa Waterfall is also within walking distance. Unfortunately, we only discovered these on the last day of our walk. It would be easier to plan our trip if the host could have introduced them to us before check-in. The house is very nice, the yard is super big, the gardener's family lives in the back, they provided us with mosquito incense and fixed the electric fan. It's not easy to get a taxi, I highly recommend driving!

Super cool place, very interesting. If you're looking for a different vibe from old town this is a great spot. The area is really cool, lots of little shops and great restaurants, very walkable and plenty to explore, including a nice park nearby.
