It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Moderno uređen dvoetažni studio apartman Kendi nalazi se u centru piktoresnog mjesta Sutivan na otoku Braču. Na donjoj etaži se nalazi wc sa kupatilom te kuhinja sa dnevnim boravkom. Gornju etažu čine krevet uz prekrasni komin koji daje poseban ugođaj te balkon sa pogledom na mjesto. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.
