Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You will need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't think this was a problem. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

We loved the house, the setting was spectacular. We could swim straight off the dock, and walk to local restaurants. We particularly liked the Oyster Farm which Meri recommended!

It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind & soak in the beauty of nature. Our group of 8 ladies spent a truly wonderful time here. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional elegance. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, & lovely common areas where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or hosting a leisurely dinner under the stars. The pool, complete with a tavern, is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location is convenient for exploring the charming old town of Kotor, which is a short walk away. We went on a boat trip recommended by Alexandra & would highly recommend it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Ilija and Danka were very kind. They called us restaurants and attractions nearby and were always communicative.

We enjoyed the view while sitting on the terras. The quietness and nature. We stayed 6 saus and on the morning of Day 4 when we returned homefrom early beach visiit, Elena had cleaned the appartement, we got fresh towels and sheets. Very Nice surprise. Elena gave some very good restaurant options. She also gave many beach options of which we enjoyed the most quiet one. Elena is the best host there is. The best host we ever had.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

Very quiet location with a gorgeous view on the pine trees and the sea. The pool was amazing and the little kitchen really made our life easy.

Slobodan's home was really beautiful. Very conveniently located in the old town. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Check-in process was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions and videos sent to us. Slobodan gave us good recommendations of the restaurants in the region and places of attraction. Highly recommend this place.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

The villa is beautiful, huge, clean, well-equipped in an intimate neighborhood. We were really surprised, the place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the land, something beautiful! Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

This beautifully restored home made our holiday for us, the morning view from the fresh clean peaceful bedrooms is soul lifting, the terrace , its furniture , shady vines and viewpoint is perfect. the facilities and attention to detail are faultless. Krsto is kind , informative , helpful and was there for anything we needed. Having a cold water dispenser in the outside kitchen was a gift that just kept on giving …. The welcome essentials of milk , juice , butter and bread , cheese and fresh cherries are so kind and made us feel very welcome , we felt privileged to stay here.
