Holiday rentals with a patio in Sutton

Great place! I've never stayed in an Air BnB but struck gold with my first one. I stayed for 8 nights while visiting Parkside Hospital & the flat was in an ideal location, halfway between Southfields tube station (near Tesco, Sainsbury's, Simply Food, Greggs, pharmacies, restaurants etc) & the hospital. The flat is very well equipped with good quality things - air fryer, table-top hob, coffee machine, hot chocolate maker, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc, & there's a washing machine, drier & ironing board in the garage. Towels & bedding provided. It's in a quiet, leafy location & I felt very safe walking to and from. Jason was really helpful, kept me well informed but didn't intrude, & responded really quickly to messages. He offered use of the driveway, & was flexible with check in - I arrived late & picked up the key from a safe place. He also left me some supplies, bread, butter, orange juice, coffee pods which was a nice touch. A lovely stay, thank you Jason!

The accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring London. Quiet area. In 10-15 min. you can reach bus and train towards the city. The furnishings are modern and you have everything you need.

We had a great stay. Apartment is lovely - courtyard garden a real advantage. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. We had cars and free parking outside at the weekend was a real bonus.

Will was so nice and available. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and organised. Will gave us snacks and bottles on the check in, something we didn’t get on other places. The only problem was the area that we didn’t like so mach. Also if you’re planning to stay for then few nights and wash your clothes it will be problematic because there is no washing machine. Other than that everything was wonderful!!!

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Stayed for birthday retreat was lovely and exactly what I needed to escape. Ig you too have arachnophobia, there was a lot of spiders in the conservatory and several in the flat. But there was also al lot of animals that frequented the garden so it was wonderfully to see them through the big glass doors. The kitchen was also well equipped. Host was lovely, would stay again.

Obi’s w looked just like the pics and check in was smooth. I had an issue with locking the back doors and obi responded right away. I will say if one person in your party is a lil bigger, then one person might have to sleep in the couch. My mom said the couch was comfy and the bed is a little on the firm side but after a long flight, I fell asleep very quickly. Also love how close it was the train!

We just came back from a super stay in Putney. The apartment is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean . Really well stocked kitchen and entertainment! My daughters loved the arcade game, the PS5 and the hot tub! I wouldn’t hesitate in booking this place. Great hosts and communication too 😊

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Dessy and Kian are really wonderful people and the best hosts. I have truly enjoyed my stay with them, to the point it feels like we are family! They are very courteous, considerate and kind. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Such an an absolute pleasure. It was in a superb location, very quiet and beautiful. The house had everything in it and it was immaculate. There was a lounge, separate dining room, fully dotted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with a brand new shower and curtains. The bathroom had everything in there. The towels were white and fluffy. The bedsheets were beautiful and smelt so fresh. Amazing gardens as well. I’m not a confident driver so I didn’t attempt to put car in the driveway. Great communication and it was instant. We even had a message to say we’ve left something in the property, so we were able to get it on our way home to Wales. I will hundred per cent stop here again in the future. Such a refreshing change to stay at a property which was described exactly, how it was. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

I’m actually feeling homesick for this Airbnb, that’s how comfortable and “at home” we felt at Stefano’s place. The pictures really don’t do it justice — the charm is off the charts and we all loved it! Played cards on the outdoor patio, very well-appointed kitchen with the cutest SMEG appliances, loved the bathtub in the master bath, beds were super comfy, linens pristine:) Loved having laundry detergents, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, hairdryers and straightener already on site, SO CONVENIENT! Peaceful quiet and safe neighborhood close to Barron’s Court Station. Loved it all!

Gorgeous and comfortable house. Very cozy interior and everything is so well prepared, we felt like at home. But the most lovely thing about the house was that we saw lots of wildlife. Through the windows we saw gorgeous horses, many rabbits, deers and a bunch of baby foxes playing in the fields. Very highly recommended. If we ever will visit the area again, we’ll stay in this house!

It's the second time we've stayed there and look forward to coming back again soon! Ideal location for us to visit family in the area for a week. Good size flat, comfy and all the amenities we need. Spilios is a great host. Proactive and always responsive. Great stay

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

We had a lovely stay at Alex’s home while we had my daughter’s wedding. . It’s very beautiful inside & was a joy to be in , I love the lay out & garden , the bathroom is stunning ! Super comfy bed with lovely linen . We’d go back as it’s very near my daughter & a great location.

We had a great stay! The flat was super clean and comfortable, just as pictured. The location was brilliant, down a quiet street within easy walking distance of Wimbledon Station and all the shops and restaurants.

We had a fantastic time at Niclas’ place! The location was ideal being so close to the station. The decor was stylish and cozy, making the space feel really welcoming. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, with great facilities throughout. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!
