Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

Bright downtown Suttons Bay apartment suite with a coastal feel to the decor, bay view and ideal location across the street from a park and boat launch, the Saturday farmer's market and a paved bike trail that runs to Traverse City (and near several wineries). Downtown shops, great restaurants, festivals and a large sandy beach are just a 1-3 block walk from the house that sleeps four and has a small kitchenette area. Great base for a Leelanau wine tour. All welcome.

Spacious open loft surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area.
