PLEASE NOTE THAT BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OTHER THAN TAXI, THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A CAR. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The house is about one km from the medieval village of Suvereto, " one of the most beautiful in Italy ". The nearest beach is at about 15 minutes.Pets allowed.JULY and AUGUST allowed only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! It did not exist, it was obtained in a corner of the large house where who knows how many people of the same family lived. That's why it has become our little Nest, the house from which to start discovering the village. Not one floor but two, with lots of terracotta, wood and warm colors.
