The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Casa Giulia di Sopra Farmhouse

The CASA GIULIA DI SOPRA apartment, renovated in 2022 and located on the first floor, is a portion of an ancient farmhouse located in the heart of Chianti Classico. It is surrounded by the vineyards of Villa Calcinaia, an estate owned by the Capponi Counts since 1524. The apartment is 130 meters away from the shared swimming pool, open from May to October. The apartment has an outdoor area with a table and chairs where guests can dine and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The Palazzo Pannilini Superior apartment is composed of a bright entrance enriched by an elegant coffered ceiling, a large fully frescoed lounge, a large foyer, a kitchen equipped with a terrace, a dining room topped with a frescoed vault, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a wardrobe room, and a panoramic terrace where you can sunbathe and relax. The apartment is located at the second floor with no elevator. The apartment has air conditioning.

Half an hour from Suvereto you can take the ferry to Elba Island. Adjacent to our property is the beautiful Tenuta Casadei winery where, by reservation, you can have tastings and a guided tour of the company itself.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
