In the warm season, you can also enjoy BBQing on the large wooden deck in front of the sunroom. There are 2 large supermarkets, within 10 minutes drive, and easy to get food. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
