Newly-built guest house of 45 sqm with one bedroom with double bed for 2 people plus a sleeping loft with two beds on the floor. Large living room with kitchen, as well as toilet/shower room and terrace with dining area for 6 people and barbecue. Possibility of an additional 1 person in the adjacent shed at a cost. Located on a quiet, beautiful natural plot with a lakefront location in a rural village on cozy Svartnö. Good for families with children with swings, sandbox and trampoline. Close to Furusund, the summer town of Norrtälje and Grisslehamn for trips to Åland.

Sjöhuset

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Cabin by the sea, close to both Stockholm and Vaxholm.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Välkommen att boka vårt hus till ett förmånligt ”prova-på” pris. Vårt hus i Stockholms skärgård har ett unikt läge, är helt självförsörjande på el genom solceller, och inte uppkopplat till elnätet. Huset är ”off grid” och det finns bara några skönhetsfläckar kvar. Vandringsleden Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) passerar i närheten av huset.

Välkommen till en skärgårdsidyll. Stuga vid havet med brygga som delas med fastighetens övriga hus, mestadels har man den för sig själv. Beläget i Kolsvik som är en liten by på Yxlan. I närhet till skog och mark samt nära sandstrand. Vedeldad bastu samt kamin. Kvällssol på bryggan till sent på kvällen. Äldre hus som rustats upp med tillgång till fullt utrustat kök samt vardagsrum. Havsutsikt. Bastu vid bryggan med tillhörande dusch. WC finns i huset. 1 sovrum och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Huset är byggt 2023 i dalatimmer i traditionell stil men med alla moderna bekvämligheter, inklusive golvvärme och braskamin. Fina skogspromenader direkt från tomten, karta ingår. Huvudsovrummet har en mycket bekväm 160-säng från ett premiummärke, med havsutsikt från huvudkudden. Nära utflyktsmål.

Glamping Undalsro (roslagsleden 5)

Enjoy the sounds of nature in this unique place in the middle of the woods near Roslagsleden. You are completely alone in a large 38 sqm glamping tent. There are several nice lakes around and blueberries, mushrooms and lingonberries to pick. You can get here via Roslagsleden stage 5 or via bus 621, 626 from Danderyd sjh or Åkersberga. The walk is then about 3 km. Parking space for car is also available as an option

The sea is 700 meters from the property line. Bicycles and stand up paddle are available to explore this beautiful island.
