Small but cozy terrace under the roof is available with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet.You have the cabin to yourself! Swimming beach available on Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Tips for activities and attractions in Luleå and Norrbotten, can be found in the cottage. Peaceful, quiet, private and cozy house at the end of the road, nestled between forest and sea. Free panoramic views north over the sea provide excellent opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

A lovely quaint top floor apartment with beautiful sunsets, double bed plus a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, shower and bathroor, flatscreen curve TV and fiber internet access. Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!
