Bus stop right next door goes to town/Storheden. free parking is about 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Newly renovated one with kitchen area Kitchen island/bar table with 2 more chairs. Large double bed for 2 people A couch for the 3rd to make. Kitchen advice, microwave and kettle. Does not include bath towels so it takes the guest himself. Bed linen is available. TV is available with Netflix, Spotify, Disney, etc. for guest login. WiFi

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with proximity to nature, the forest and the sea. There is the possibility of outdoor activities at all seasons. In autumn you can enjoy nature's delights, berries and mushrooms are available to pick in the forest. Nature conservation area with nature trail is located barely 1 km walk from the guest house. Barbecue area is by the shore where you can prepare a meal for a wave puppy and bird chirping. 14 km to Luleå center. There is a wood-burning stove in the cabin. The sauna is wood-fired.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!
