The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. A toilet (water-soluble toilet) Separett) is available next to the Fireplace Room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood-fired sauna trailer. Hållgårdens Grandfather's Cottage

Welcome to our cozy Farfarsstuga, located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our northern farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. The Northern Lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the Northern Lights at Hållgården. On the property, there is a barbecue area and areas for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik! Ett badhus är också möjligt att besöka. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende, mitt i tallskog o lite havsutsikta!

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Villa by the forest

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
