Charming, quiet and centrally located one-bedroom apartment in Ila. It has all the amenities as well as a comfortable sleeping alcove, private entrance from the garden and the possibility of parking directly outside. Walking distance to the city center, Trondheim Spektrum (about 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka and good bus connection to Granåsen. Proximity to all public transport. Ila is a nice neighborhood with parks, cafés, galleries, nice hiking areas, bakery and grocery stores. All this is virtually right outside the door.

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)
