It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

På verandaen finner du også et utendørs boblebad som kan benyttes mot et tillegg på 800 kr for hele oppholdet. Boligen ligger kun ca. 5 minutter fra Heimdal sentrum med butikker og restauranter, og ca. 20 minutter fra Trondheim sentrum og Nidarosdomen. Perfekt for familier, vennegjenger eller kolleger som ønsker et komfortabelt opphold med god plass.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet som ligger midt i naturen med fantastisk utsikt. Det er fine turløyper rett utenfor døra, lysløype med flotte skitraseer vinterstid og mange fine turstier sommerstid, det er frisbee golf bane rett ved siden av her som er blitt veldig populært. Banen har 18 kurver fordelt langs turtrasee'n, en kjempefin måte og komme seg ut på tur og samtidig gjøre noe gøy. Ellers er det veldig fredelig og veldig stilt her, Ingen trafikkstøy.

The 2-room apartment is renovated with all you need for a stay in Trondheim. There is a full size double bed in the bedroom and a sleeping coach (120x200cm) in the livingroom. The kitchen is completed with an electrical oven, cooktop, integrated coffemachine, ventilator, dishwasher, refrigerator and a fridge. Ski in-ski out in the beautiful forest outside the house. Free parking for several cars in front of house. Public transport near by ( 50 meter )

Hus med hage, utsikt og stor terasse!

Huset har fire soverom med to dobbeltsenger, én enkeltseng og barneseng. Stor terrasse med flere sittegrupper. Kun 12 minutter til Tiller og ca. 20 minutter til Trondheim sentrum. Lysløype og turterreng ligger 300 meter fra huset. Vassfjellet Vinterpark ligger 10 km unna, og Granåsen ca. 17 km. Nidelva ligger 5 minutters gange fra huset, med gode muligheter for ørretfiske i rolige omgivelser. Gaula og Orkla ligger også bare 20–30 minutter unna med bil.

Leiligheten ligger 11-minutter med buss unna Trondheim sentrum (eller 30 minutters gange), og i umiddelbar nærhet til Bymarka og løypenettet der. Passer for de som vil bo i rolige omgivelser, men likevel tett på det som skjer. Flere matbutikker i gangavstand, søndagsåpent bakeri, apotek, blomsterbutikk og vinmonopolet i umiddelbar nærhet. I tillegg ligger Sverresborg Trøndelag folkemuseum 10 minutters gange fra leiligheten med konserter og arrangement.

Rolig og komfortabel bolig med alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold. Leiligheten har 1 soverom, 1 bad, fullt utstyrt kjøkken og en koselig stue med god plass til avslapning. Ligger i et fredelig nabolag med flotte turområder rett i nærheten. Kort vei til dagligvare og servicetilbud. Ca. 10–15 min til sentrum med bil og 20–25 min med kollektiv. Gratis parkering til 1 bil.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.

Great apartment

Here the whole family can enjoy a great stay with immediate proximity to Bymarka in Trondheim, in the middle between the pearls Kyvannet, Lianvannet and Haukvannet. Short distance to the tram that takes you to Trondheim city center. Ski tracks, hiking trails and bathing water right outside the door.
