The stay was great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very flexible, especially with the check-in time. I would book the villa again on my next stay, everything was as imagined, simply fantastic

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. What you see is what you get. Those who seek peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere, and pheasants, badgers, and deer along the roadside. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt comfortable immediately. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's very much and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super communicative and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.

We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers (both under one year). The accommodation was more than perfect! She was incredibly beautiful! Super nice landlord. We were provided with a travel bed and a high chair for both children. The pool was heated, so the children could also get into the water. Very quiet location. We felt so incredibly comfortable and will definitely come again

We loved the stay, the house was amazing, brand new and super clean. There was everything you could ever want in the kitchen and the style was beautiful. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. We even got free fish one evening, a cake on arrival and more! Natasa is so nice and friendly, cannot wait to go back!

A beautiful villa in a quiet hamlet, 2km from an ancient village with 2 bars, a supermarket , a pharmacy and a great pizza restaurant, with easy access by road to Porec, about 25 minutes away. Very well equiped villa with a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge. Large tv with standard european satellite channels and streaming. Lovely terrace for dining and relaxing. Super swimming pool. Secure parking. Danira welcomed us to the villa together with her daughter Sara and showed us round , explaining all the facilities clearly. They responded very quickly and clearly to messages. The perfect accommodation for a very relaxing holiday, we would be very happy to return.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)
