I'm so glad I chose this place! I had such a good time! I had such a relaxing time! The apartment has everything I needed, and every morning looking at the mountains with the sun shining was so nice! It is very private, quiet and peaceful. There's plenty of supermarkets, and the bus station (with rabbits and other animals ❤️) is very close by! You can also walk to the Old Town and beaches as well. What can I say? I loved it! I can't wait to return! Budva ❤️ 🥰

Great host and great place to live, good view and close to the beach

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Biz 4 kişilik aile olarak kaldık. Beklediğimizden çok daha iyi bir yerdi. Özellikle konumu inanılmazdı. İlk kez geldiğimiz Montenegroyu bize sevdiren bu daire sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ücretini fazlasıyla hak etti. Yine kotor körfezine gelsem yine tartışmasız bu dairede kalırım. Son olarak Marija için; yaklaşımı, kibarlığı, hızlı dönüşleri çoook teşekkür ederim. 🙏

Everything was fine. The description of the apartment was true to the facts. The Host sent additional instructions on how to get to the apartment - this was very helpful. The Host was very quick to respond to all questions. The apartment has a parking space which was very helpful because there are not many parking spaces in the vicinity. It was a good point for exploring the coast and the Bay of Kotor. I recommend this apartment and the Host.

Nikitas Wohnung ist super sauber, schön eingerichtet und modern. Alles was man fürs alltägliche Leben benötigt war vorhanden, sogar ein Ganzkörperspiegel :-) Die Wohnung liegt weiter oben am Hügel, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Ich empfehle ein Auto für die Region, wobei ich auch eine Busline unten an der Straße sah. Nikita ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daher kann ich die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Daire çok merkezi konumda sahile ve Budva Kalesine yürüme mesafesi. Odalar ve Salon Geniş ve Büyük bir balkon mevcut. Ev sahibi geç saat vardığımız halde yardımcı oldu. Teşekkürler

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

The stay was wonderful — everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the cultural center, full of charm and history. Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Wij zijn 4 dagen verbleven in de accommodatie, het was een prettig verblijf met een super uitzicht, heerlijk bed, mooie ruime badkamer en echt zeer makkelijk te vinden. Tijana was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf, ze gaf goede tips over de omgeving en reageerde snel. Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan als je in Tivat wilt verblijven.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

Stunning place! Amazing view and a lovely little town. Marina was a really amazing host- really helpful and accommodating if we had a questions and made us feel very welcome! Also gave us some locally made cheese from the cow in the village which was amazing and a really nice touch as well! Would defo recommend this place

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Très satisfait de notre séjour avec un grand plus pour la piscine par ces fortes chaleurs et les plages surpeuplées. Un accueil très professionnel et réactif. Nous recommandons.

Ev sahibi ev icin her seyi dusunmus butun ihtiyaclarimiz hatta kahvelerimize kadar her seyimiz dusunulmustu. Cok guzel deneyimdi.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Tout a été parfait. Le logement est impeccable. La piscine a dépassé nos attentes et rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Il y a de plus un accès à la plage, à de bons restaurants et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
