Villa holiday rentals in Sveti Stefan Beach

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay at Sveti Stefan, wonderful service by the host and the location is a amazing. The pool and patios are super nice for enjoying the sun and everything that what needed in the apartment. Would definitely come again 😊

Nagyon kedves házigazda, a szállás nagyon szép volt, rendezett és tiszta. Gyors választ kaptam mindig a kérdéseimre, és bármire szükségem volt, számíthattam a házigazda segítségére. Csak ajánlani tudom!🥰

This home was immaculate and even more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed the multiple sitting areas and the pool. The area is a short drive to Kotor and there were several good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again! One of our favorite airbnb homes we have rented!

We had a great week. The house is very well located with beautiful views over stunning coastline. An ideal place to explore the coast between Kotor and Petrovacs as well as Skadar lake. Tina and her co-host Bubimir were very responsive to any small questions that we had. Unfortunately weather didn’t give us the opportunity to take full advantage of the pool. We recommend this as a place to stay.

Останавливались в апартаментах у Ольги на 4 дня, все отлично. В доме прекрасная терраса с видом на море. Прямо напротив можно искупаться, но мы ходили на другой пляж - Waikiki - он в 15 минутах ходьбы, с белой мелкой галькой и с пологим входом в воду, там нет водорослей и удобнее заходить с ребенком. Из минусов разве что комары, но на вторую ночь мы просто включили средство от них (есть в апартаментах). Ольга очень приветливая хозяйка, всегда на связи и быстро отвечает на вопросы. Удобно, что трансфер из/в аэропорт можно было сразу заказать у нее. И отдельное спасибо за возможность взять поздний выезд.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We enjoyed our week long stay as a family at the Old Stone house. The terrace and balconies with their views of the mountains and coast line was the highlight. Overall it was a charming house and area, with the possibility to walk or hike, enjoy fruit from the grapevines and fig trees, petting the neighbouring cats and feeding the owner's pigs and chickens across the road were a nice surprise! Unfortunate however that the downstairs bedroom is small and dark in comparison to the upstairs ones, and has no air conditioning, as well as limited kitchen utensils for a family.

Ett fint hus med många kvaliteter, härlig utsikt över Kotor och havet med all båttrafik. Milos är en mycket bra värd och väldigt serviceinriktad. Fina omgivningar med många fina hus.

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Wir durften unsere diesjährige Mannschaftsfahrt in dieser tollen Villa feiern. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht, alles einfach traumhaft! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Abend wurden wir bekocht, es war super lecker! Sämtliche Reisetipps (Kotor, Budva,..) haben sich gelohnt. Die Kontakt-Weitergabe für Taxi/Shuttle ist auch nur zu empfehlen, für uns war es ab morgens um 10 Uhr nicht mehr möglich selbst ein Auto zu steuern 😅 Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland an die komplette Famile

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Dir Kommunikation mit unserem Host Slavko war super, er war sehr verlässlich und hat sich immer schnell um unsere Anliegen bemüht. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Definitiv ein Ort, an dem man es sich gut gehen lassen kann, perfekt für unseren Mädels Trip. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub hier :)

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse hos Zeljko! Rekommenderar att hyra bil för att åka på vackra utflykter och för att huset inte ligger på gångavstånd från affär. Huset var exakt som på bild med härlig natur runt om. Vi fick snabba svar från värden och jättebra rekommendationer. Vi hade fantastiska kvällar i poolen med solnedgången! Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Just to echo what all other reviewers have said about this beautiful property. The house not only looks good in the photos it is an absolute pleasure to stay in. Everything is spotless, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is full of all the kit you might need to make self catering very easy, nice toietries and robes in the bathrooms. The pool is divine, picture pefect, complete with swallows swooping in for a drink from time to time. The host was the 'perfect host'. We arrived a little earlier than the official check in which was accommodated, we had a couple of messages just checking everything was ok at the villa (which it was) but we never at any time felt the contact was too much. Our stay was absolutely faultless and I am not that easily pleased!

Our time at Villa Azure was wonderful! The villa is beautiful & clean, just as shown in the photos…perfect for our family of 7, including a baby. Daniela was very responsive, provided a detailed house guide and provided great recommendations for the area. The villa is close to a major grocery store, beaches and less than 15-min drive to Old Town Budva. She found a local chef, Elaine, to provide a few meals for our family at the villa which turned out great. And, we took Daniela up on the offer to hire their boat (at a discount) for a full day on the Bay of Kotor… again, just lovely. Captain Filip was wonderful, very communicative, constantly checking weather forecasts to make sure we had a good day on the water and showing us around to all the local spots, including stopping for a lovely lunch on shore. Highly recommend!

Virkelig skønt sted i meget rolige omgivelser, dejlig pool område, smuk udsigt over bjerge og havet. Milijana var en meget imødekommende host som mødte os ved huset med alle mulige forfriskninger, og var meget hjælpsom. Eneste negative var at det var lidt svært at kommunikere med familien på Airbnb vil bestemt anbefale stedet.

We stayed in that beautiful house for 2 days to celebrate kid's 8 birthday. We were amazed of the house and surroundings. Big territory, great BBQ zone and the swimming pool. There are everything you could needed for your stay. Thank Jovana and especially her Father Dragan for their kind and warm. Much appreciated and highly recommend this place. 10 Stars! Big Thanks to Vojo for this magical stay! The BEAUTY of his land and home is hard put into words. Our young daughter lived like a fairy princess in a secret garden full of beautiful spring flowers. Not to mention the sweetest mountain dog in the whole world! They were fast friends and he was always looking out for her! It was very peaceful and we spent every night enjoying the spectacular sunset over the mountains. The house was cozy and well equipped. Our host Vojo even brought us some delicious local delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed! We felt right at home throughout our stay! When you feel like going into town, Cetinje is a short drive away with wonderful restaurants, museums and has great pedestrian only boulevards with lots of family friendly activities. Lipa cave was also close by and a highlight. We can't wait to return for another fun vacation!

Diese Villa ist wohl das allerschönste BnB, dass ich jemals gebucht habe. Wunderbare Aussicht, schöner Pool, genügend Platz für mich und meine 8 Freunde, keine störeneden Nachbarn. Kurz gesagt: Der Wahnsinn! Da die Villa hoch oben im Hang liegt, benötigt man zwingend ein Auto. Das ist jedoch in Montenegro sowieso zu empfehlen. Dragoliub und seine Frau sind perfekte Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und sehr um unser Wohl besorgt waren. Sie wohnen in einer eigenen Wohneinheit unterhalb der Villa, verhielten sich aber sehr diskret.
