Beachfront holiday rental in Sveti Vlas

mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie nr 10 z cudownym widokiem na morze i pięknie zadbanym parkiem. Balkon z suszarką na ubrania, krzesełkami i stoliczkiem był dodatkowym atutem. uważam, że dom jest najlepiej usytuowanym domem w okolicy. Cisza, a jednocześnie blisko do głównej ulicy z restauracjami. w parku ławeczki i siłownia.

Unsere Flüge wurden verschoben, so dass wir mit einigen Fragen starten mussten. Mario war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut erreichbar und besonders hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir nichts vermisst haben. Auch das Schlafsofa ist komfortabel genug um zwei Wochen drauf zu schlafen. Die Anlage ist am Rande der ausgebauten Promenade, aber dafür guter und günstiger Strand mit Rettungsschwimmer, liegen und Süßwasser direkt vor der Tür. Auch Strandbars mit Getränken und Essen unweit vorhanden. Zusammenfassung: Wohnung, Lage und Strand gut. Die Stadt eher klein und ruhig, für uns mit kleinen und mittleren Kindern aber gut geeignet.

Рекомендую. Хороший район, спокойно, но рядом со всеми развлечениями. До пляжа близко. Квартира чистая, с хорошим ремонтом, всеми удобствами.

Благодарю хозяев этих апартаментов ,мое пребывание было безупречно,прекрасные окрестности ,магазины рядом а также рестораны ,2 минуты пешком до моря,советую эти апартаменты !

Poloha bola super ,pár krokov od mora . Ubytovanie tiež super , dobre vybavená kuchyňa, práčka , vlastný dvor. Len jeden mínus, v izbe na 3 poschodí nebola klimatizácia ale ináč všetko OK. Môžem len odporučiť.

It was a great experience! I highly recommend the place! People were very friendly and genuinely helpful with me, I haven’t had any problem since my arrival and it will be a great pleasure to visit the place again. I couldn’t think of better location when I was looking. It really matched my expectations. Everything about the place was perfect and I was vary happy to stay there for a while. I highly recommend it!

Kurzfassung: Alles super!! Längere Fassung: Meiner Meinung nach gehört Viktor zu den Superhosts, da er sowohl deutsch, englisch und bulgarisch versteht als auch 24/7 für einen da war! Die Wohnung an sich liegt im Upperclass Ort Sweti Wlas und ist komplett ausgestattet. Uns hat die Waschmaschine besonders zugesagt, da wir dieses Mal nicht so viel Gepäck dabei haben wollten. Auch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand (3 Minuten zu Fuß) und die tolle, sehr gepflegte grüne Anlage haben uns überzeugt, so dass wir hier jederzeit gerne wieder unterkommen würden. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Viktor für diesen einmaligen Urlaub! Sabine und Sven

Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Чудесен комплекс за настаняване на границата между Несебър и Равда! Красиво място и малък апартамент, предлагащ нужните удобства, за да се почувстваш като у дома си! Атмосферата, създадена от Катерина - официалната домакиня на този апартамент, е нещо, което няма как да не направи впечатление. Цветно, уютно, със стени, изпъстрени със снимки и картини... Сякаш влизаш и някой започва да ти разказва история! Беше една много хубава едноседмична почивка за тричленното ни семейство! Радвам се, че избрахме правилното място!

Camera a fost în primul corp de lângă poarta de la întrare la etajul 2, cu vedere exact la întrarea în hotel, totul ok funcțional, Bernadetta mi'a răspuns înapoi mereu la orice întrebare am avut, totul ok și frumos în cele din urma! Păcat ca vremea nu a ținut cu noi la jumătatea lui sept, dar per total totul ok! Acces pe plaja f aproape, pute'ai iesi către plaja direct de la piscina mare cu vederea de la mare! Mulțumesc frumos pt profesionalism!

Meli jsme z Paolina bydlení a komunikace moc prijemny a útulný pocit, přestože jsme se s ní nesetkali. Ohledně vybavení bytečku, mě nenapadá opravdu vůbec nic, co bych oproti své domácnosti postrádala. Dokonce nám po dotazu sehnala i nočník! :) Trošku jsme hledali, ale to bylo tím. že jsme si nestihli včas přečíst Paoliny zprávy, jinak by to bylo vklidu. Cestovali jsme s malým ditetem, a Paola nám umoznila drivejsi check-in. Po daleké cestě jsme to velmi ocenili. Moc jsme si to uzili, dekujeme Paolo!

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

Krasne miesto, velky komfortny apartman s obrovskou terasou. Stravili sme tu krasny mesiac, vrelo vsetkym odporucame, urcite by sme sa vratili, nadherne miesto. Dakujeme majitelovi za jeho skvely pristup a krasny apartman

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

Lisa быстро отвечала на сообщения, была вежлива и отзывчива. Вошла в наше положение и заселила раньше времени, за что ей огромное спасибо. Квартира точно как на фото, в ней есть все необходимое на 4 гостей, отличный вид на море, есть бассейн и шезлонги на территории апартаментов. До моря нужно спуститься по лестнице, очень близко .

Strávili jsme s mým mužem týden v bytě Jurije, byt je příjemný a je v něm vše, co člověk potřebuje na krátkou dovolenou (kromě struhadla v kuchyni :). Na místě se nám moc líbilo. Je opravdu přímo u pláže, za 2 minuty jsme byli tam. Z balkonu jsme pozorovali moře a při spánku ho poslouchali celou noc. Příjezd s námi vyřizovala asistentka Jurie Elfrieda, se kterou jsme si bohužel nesedli. Bydlí v Burgasu, a protože jsme od ní nechtěli při odjezdu do Burgasu odvézt za 70 Leva, ani nepřijela a klíč jsme odevzdali její asistentce na místě.

Very good communication. The appartment was bigger than expected very clean. A good location for restaurants and the beach. Facilities in the appartment met all our needs. The children loved the playroom. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Georgi’s Nessebar home. The location is stunning - just a few meters from the sea front and located on a small cobblestone streets with an endless option of restaurants and cafes. Georgi also helped us find the home by meeting us at the front gate of the old town and showing us where to park and gave us a personal tour of the home. There is a charming garden and patio in the front of the home filled with flowers and beautiful plants. The home is spacious with abundant light, and many personal touches, artwork and charm. It’s one of the most delightful and unique Airbnb’s. I’ve ever stayed in. And Georgi was an exceptional host! 5-stars all around.
