The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Time out in the tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we've packed a lot into our inclusive price. Also parking, sauna, free WiFi. This is how it has to be a vacation. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Double room 75 sqm between Augsburg and Munich

Our house is located on the tranquil outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, LEGOLAND Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberger Ritterspiele? There you will be in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the Spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
