Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. The sandy shores of Swanage and Studland beaches are also just a short distance away

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.
