Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

The Paddle House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on the White Oak River with water access. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Fishing is great on the White Oak with a large variety of fish. The sunrise, sunsets and full moons are amazing to see. Relax on the screened porch and enjoy the view. One mile from historic downtown Swansboro and 8 miles to Emerald Isle. Hammocks Beach state park is 3 miles away.

An easy 10-min drive to public beach access. After you hit the beach rinse off in our outdoor shower & hang out by our above-ground private pool . Grill dinner lakeside & enjoy at our picnic tables!
