Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Swansea Bay

Very cute cottage in a beautiful quiet area. Rustic and charming property and gardens, and both Suzanne and her husband were lovely hosts. Super welcome basket of local produce and Suze had loads of recommendations. Ideal for a tranquil getaway, walks into the country on your doorstep and easy to get to the nearby towns if needed.

Gaynor is a super-superhost. Welcoming, friendly and considerate, going the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay - milk, biscuits and coffee a thoughtfull extra for late arrivers. We will be back, without a doubt!

House was perfect, immaculate and bedding/towels were too. Tea/coffee amenities on arrival, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. 4 of us stayed 3 nights as we came for a motorbike holiday. Suitable off road parking at rear for our 3 motorbikes, locked secure gate. Very peaceful area even though in an estate. Will 100% stay again next time we visit as our base. Thank you very much for making our break stress free and comfortable. 10/10.

The original cottage has been renovated , decorated and furnished to a very high standard, making it a comfortable place to be. The outdoor space is delightful, with the relaxing sound of the river below and the plentiful birdsong.

No complaints, Abbie provided very clear instructions and excellent suggestions for the local area. We were staying for a sports competition at the local university which was less than 10mins away. Enjoyed looking at all the achievements Abbie has in Triathlon. The premises was clean, spacious and homely.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay , It was like a home 🏠 from home 🏡, very clean , Garden looks amazing 🤩 Beds most importantly very comfortable, Lynette a very responsive host ,great local walks, amazing mountain ⛰️ views from the windows and garden!we are definitely 👍🏻 coming back!! Beautiful property withing easy reach to attractions. Has everything you need to feel like home. Offers quiet space (office), well equipped gym and listening to the concert on the home cinema is a must (the sound system will transfer you to the event). The garden is spacious and well kept. It'll be lovely if there was hot tub (jusf a cherry in the cake ☺️). There was an EV charger but we were charged so no need to use it. If you are cold - boost the heating only and the house will be warm really quickly, all the way to the top. Gemma was very friendly and responsive at answering questions we've had. Will recommend it.

The apartment is spacious and located close to Horton beach, with room for 2 cars to park right by the front door. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen, a generous dining table and chairs and comfy beds. The patio area catches the sun and is hidden from the road. We had a lovely week.

We visited for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and exactly what we were expecting. Elizabeth was a wonderful host - friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

We booked this place late for an event we were going to, it was perfect location about half an hour walk across the promenade. Easy to find, free parking at the property. Beautiful location by the marine and beach. We will be booking again for longer stay to enjoy. Also the weather was incredible and we wish we had booked another night. Great stay and great host. We had the most wonderful stay in Caswell Bay, the views are epic and the flat is clean and very well equipped. The view is incredible. I grew up in the area and have always wanted to stay on this beach and it did not disappoint! We can't wait to rebook and we 100% recommend this lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The owners are responsive and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4.

We loved our stay at The Aros. A wonderful apartment with everything you need. It’s a perfect location too. Wonderful view and surrounded by the shops and restaurants but it was still quiet in the evening. We walked everywhere and there was free parking a minute walk away. We had a gorgeous walk to the pier and The Lighthouse restaurant was just perfect. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay, 2 adults, 2 children under 10. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Minutes walk from the beach and cafe. 5 minutes drive from Mumbles, great location. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It's a small place but has been perfectly designed to fit everything you need in it. The fold down bed was super comfortable. With the train station walkable and a short train ride to Cardiff, it's an ideal place to use as a base when visiting there. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place, and as we often visit family in Cardiff, we would use again
