Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Swansea

The apartment had a warm feeling, lots of natural light but blinds if needed. Easy to access and undercover parking was a bonus. Rose has decorated the apartment with nice artworks and lovely accessories to make it feel homely. The view from the kitchen/living space looks out across the treed street. The apartment and surrounds were quiet. There is a verandah off kitchen to catch the warm afternoon sun. Close to cafes, restaurants and Harris Farm for any supplies. We would highly recommend staying at the apartment. It was super comfy. Thanks

It is a really beautiful house overseeing the beach near Nelson Bay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Host was really nice, even messaged me that she found my misplaced ring. thank you very much! Best seaside experience we had!

This place was the perfect place to stay while attending a birthday party nearby. We were continually entertained by the attention to detail and thoughtful inclusions to make our stay enjoyable. Spinning the old vinyls on the original 1960s record player was fun. Especially loved the old Beach Boys album. Good vibrations all round! A fun, funky and different place to stay.

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Great value for money, the QT hotel is just down the road, but much preferred the space and amenities available in the apartment. Plus the price was much better. Beautifully styled with quality inclusions. Location was fantastic, we took bicycles and thoroughly enjoyed the harbour and coastal tracks.

Such a wonderful stay! Perfect location to take in beach walks, kiosk stops, wine breaks and incredible natural sights. Janet was an incredible host that gave us tips for the area and responded super quickly when the bluetooth speaker wasn't working, and rectified it with a new speaker within minutes. Everything was done discreetly and although the accomodation is next to the main house, it is absolutely private. The accomodation itself has the highest quality finishes and details, with the bathroom and kitchen the equivalent to what you would. build for yourself if you had a handsome budget. A washer/dryer and dishwasher were added bonuses as were the provisions for a quick breakfast and afternoon drink. The view from the balcony was better than the photos and even though it was Winter we were able to sit out and take in the morning sun. Can't recommend this accomodation enough!

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. Angela, you have a beautiful house! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking utensils, condiments, herbs and spices. One small downside was the squeaky doors which can be easily fixed with WD40. Waking up early every morning without waking the family was a struggle. I believe those white circles things on the walls are night lights? None of them were working. Very hard to see at night. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a nice and relaxing beach holiday. Beach is 5mins drive and a brand new playground was just recent built.

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great location. Very clean and tidy with very suitable furishing. Walk into central Manly is about 5 mins. Communication was very good. Only aspect was I was unable to close curtains in bedroom due to getting caught in the tracks. Owner offered to come and fix during my stay. Overall highly recommended and i would stay there again.

This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

We booked Daisy’s place during our visit to Sydney with our 2 young kids. It was very homey and we get to prepare meals during the days that we were not going out which made our stay more comfortable. I would recommend her place to anyone who wants to visit Sydney but didn’t want to be in the busy streets of the CBD. It’s very close to the Metro line - Macquarie University station - and is just minutes away to the city. It’s also close to the Lane Cove Park if you’re up for some bush hike or up for a run. The place has direct access to Macquarie Shopping Centre which has supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, department stores, and brands to shop. There is also a good Korean barbecue just beside it and a nice neighbourhood play ground nearby if you have kids. Overall, we were happy we found this place after doing a lot of searching in Airbnb. We’ll surely be back here the next time we visit Sydney, again. Thank you, Daisy!
