Cottage holiday rentals in Swanton Morley

The family had a lovely break here, a short drive from Norwich Showground where we attended an event but far enough away for peace and quiet… lovely walks… excellent pub Kings Arms local for dinner. Everything needed was in the lodge including a very appreciated ‘welcome pack’ to start us off on arrival. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Thanks to Max for letting us use this lovely space. Myself and my partner booked in to get away for a few days and this place was exactly what we needed. Quiet, cosy and tucked away but still able to access all of the activities we planned in Norfolk. The house was spotless clean and you can tell Max has put a lot of thought into the amenities provided (even down to the ice lollies in the freezer!) The hot tub was a perfect touch to relax in the garden with some music on and some bubbles. The stay was amazing. Thank You!

Thank you Mary for letting us stay at your cottage, we had a great time and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway! The hot tub was immaculate and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was tidy and comfy, and the location is great - close to some really nice walks and villages. Hope we get the chance to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

This is a great weekend getaway. Should have stayed a bit longer to explore the place more. The Spa was lovely too.

We had a lovely time here our first overnight trip with our new baby. Brilliant hosts, the bread and eggs were a nice touch. Interesting cup lights in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. Thanks :)

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful little town full of things to do and see (and the beach is not far away). The cottage is really well-appointed and full of cool things. The hot-tub was also a complete luxury!

Lovely few days staying in South Creake. I visit Norfolk often for the beautiful scenery, villages and coast and this stay did not disappoint. A quintessential cottage in a quiet village but spacious and modern enough for 4 of us. We loved the hot tub too! About 20 mins drive from Wells and Brancaster beaches, lovely restaurants such as The White Horse at Brancaster. Clean and well equipped stylish cobbled cottage.

Melanie’s cottage was great! We were greeted with prosecco and cupcakes which was a lovely additional touch. Holt is a beautiful town and a great base from which to explore from. Parking is in a paid for public car park- a designated space would top it off.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Thatch Cottage. An excellent base from which to explore the area. Liz proved a very attentive host and was concerned that our stay was the best we could have. The cottage was lovely and very well equipped. We appreciated the 'gift basket' - a nice touch that makes the visitor feel welcome. What was especially important for us was the 'dog safe' garden. Often host describe their rental as 'dog friendly' but they haven't provided a secure garden area. Liz made sure that her garden was well fenced off and we felt very happy that our dog was able to be free and safe. Thank you Liz.

This is our second visit to Chloe's cottage in Holt. It is just perfect for a relaxed stay, no driving necessary, everything is on hand. My brother and his family stayed this time and it was perfect as his wife and daughter don't drive. Be back soon!

We spent a lovely few days in Sebastian's comfortable cottage. It was perfect for our needs. The icing on the cake was being out in the courtyard garden looking over Sebastian's stunning garden. We enjoyed hearing the birdsong which included an owl each evening. Sebastian is such a wonderful host - extremely friendly but never intrusive. We look forward to returning to this excellent property.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Pebble Cottage. Lovely location. Not far from Wells Next the Sea, where we enjoyed a scorching 31 degrees Saturday. Pebble Cottage is beautiful. So much bigger than we expected!! Everything has been done to such a high specification! Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Hushwing at Row Hill Farm provides spacious, bright and modern accommodation with private enclosed garden with views over countryside, an enjoyable smart kitchen merging with dining and comfy living room, lots of space for your travel items, treats and a much-appreciated feeding table for the dog, and wonderful books on nature, cooking, & Norfolk tourism to round out the welcome. Plus, the wine glasses are the best we've ever seen in any hotel room or AirBnB! Jo and Tom are excellent hosts, friendly, accommodating and helpful. A lovely base for exploring the delights of this county!

Lovely, cozy home from home. Well equipped with everything you could ask for. WiFi was very good. Angus was a great host.

Perfect for what we needed. Living area is very spacious. Cottage had everything we needed. Ideal for 4 adults and a couple of small children. Great fish and chip shop nearby. Short drive to local supermarkets too. Excellent communication with the host.

Wow, we've just returned home from a 2 night stay at this incredible accommodation i think we may of just found a new fav place to stay and can't wait to go back. The photos don't do the accommodation justice it's even more beautiful in real life, its so peaceful. Janet was such a delightful host and the welcome gifts was such a lovely surprise. This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at! The Finches cottage and the surrounding area is incredible beautiful. The cottage itself was very comfortable and I especially appreciated the little touches such as snacks and the milk in the fridge. I will definitely plan to stay here again when I am in the area.

A very comfortable, attractive and well-equipped cottage. Excellent location for accessing the coastal path and the Coasthopper bus makes travelling along the coast very easy. Stiffkey has an excellent, well-stocked store and a good pub.

A lovely little Annex withing beautiful grounds. Heidi guided us in and gave us great information but also took the time to say hello to our 4 year old and learn his name. Heidi recommended the local pub where the food and atmosphere was nice, and it was walkable! We visited the shop in the next town which was 5 mins away by car, but spend the whole of our saturday at a wedding nearby otherwise would of explored the area more. The Annex is so lovely, very spacious and have everything you may need for a short or long stay. Thanks Heidi!

A beautiful house in beautiful surroundings- it was exactly what we hoped for. Denise and her husband were friendly and welcoming, and when a very minor issue occurred were quick to get it sorted. It was great to be able to walk down to the beach and in to the village, and Cromer is only a 5 minute drive away. We would have happily stayed longer, and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful few days at Old Beans Cottage. The accommodation was spotless and well furnished, but the ‘wow factor’ was the view from the garden outside. We spent hours watching barn owls and kestrels hunting in the fields, buzzards and red kites soaring high in the sky and swallows and swifts screaming past just above our heads. A nature lover’s paradise!
