The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Annexe self-contained accomodation.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable with space to relax. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. Being close to the river there are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is accessed cosy v compact space which includes a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

A beautifully renovated thatched cottage in the picturesque village of Over. A piece of tranquility just a short distance away from the city of Cambridge. Good transport links to the city, local pubs and beautiful walks all within walking distance. Please note: The ceilings are low (6ft6). The staircases to the bedrooms are short but quite steep and without baby gates or handrails. The bathroom and guest toilet are downstairs. Use of the log burner is not permitted.
