Our cabin is in north Coke County near the small ghost town of Sanco. The property has been in our family for 5 generations. It offers beautiful views, sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. The small town of Robert Lee is just 5 minutes south where you will find Lake Spence, a 9 hole golf course, coffee shop, boutique and 2 restaurants. We are centrally located near, San Angelo, Abilene and not far from Midland.

Park Place house w/ private park, central location

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house with lots of parking. The property has its own private park with picnic tables, propane grill and fenced outdoor dining. This historic house is next to grocery store, near downtown restaurants and amenities. An annual chimney service is scheduled for July 23, 2026, by licensed inspectors. We have reduced the nightly rate due to any inconvenience.
