The flat was renovated and put into use in February 2019. Bulding stands next to the Lublin University of Technology. Due to its location in the area there are numerous bars and restaurants, and the area is full of student life. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa bed for two people and a two people sofa bed and a separate kitchen. An elegant apartment decorated in the style of New York. To the very center of Lublin is 15 minutes on foot.

The interior with preserved original elements of equipment such as floors, stucco, wallpaper or a stove will allow you to move for a moment to pre-war Lublin. The apartment is a photographic studio on a daily basis, made available to guests once in a while.
