Your suite has your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It is approximately 15 mins to all main universities and the city center.

The Lloyd Little House -quiet, calm neighborhood 1 bedroom with queen bed and convertible couch in living room, 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bath in basement. If you arrive late and wake up the next morning, thinking that you’ve got to run out to get coffee and creamer…… don’t worry, the house is stocked with both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee, raw sugar and there are creamers in the fridge.
