Our 250 sq ft tiny house was built by our talented craftswoman Kara. We used wood from our property and reclaimed materials to create a cozy and unique getaway. The front porch looks out to a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and looks up to a local vintage sign. We are LGBTQ+ welcoming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. It's a very charming house within easy walking distance to the downtown mall area. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms so that I could get ready for a conference I attended in Afton without disturbing my husband sleeping in upstairs.

What a perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Staunton is beautiful and this home is the perfect location to walk anywhere. We walked downtown every day, just a quick drive or walk to Montgomery Hill Park, a walk to the baseball stadium, and a quick drive to tons of hiking! The house was clean, had everything we needed, and they even set up dog bowls for our pup. We especially loved hanging out on the front porch. Will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place to stay while in town for my sister's graduation! 2 min drive to downtown Staunton and grocery store, air conditioned, clean spaces, beautiful, large kitchen. The keypad was incredibly easy to use. For this price, I couldn't have been happier. There were also water bottles and snacks ready as soon as we got there, which was a welcome surprise after driving 8 hours and it being hot in Staunton. We stayed in the second floor apartment, so note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs in order to get to that apartment. Thanks again, Xiaorong!

This is the third time I have stayed at Karen’s. I keep going back when I visit Polyface farm for events. It’s a quick 16 minute drive to the farm. The property is peaceful and quiet. Everything is well stocked and very welcoming. Will be back again!

The Sweet Little Darling stay was charming and comfortable. I only wish we could have stayed longer to gain even more of a feel for the place and the area. The home is an effective blend of historic detail and modern convenience. We had a toddler with us, and so understandably, we were especially mindful in using the front and back stairways. The place is one of the cleanest Airbnbs in which I’ve stayed and definitely deserves its “5” rating.
