Perfect for Dublin Airport- 15mins. Dublin Ferry Port is about 30 mins, less with Tolls. Beaches are about 10-15 mins away- Stretch your legs on Donabate beach, or enjoy the busier Portmarnock strands. Ideal for concerts- Malahide, 3Arena, Viva all doable. A car is pretty much essential, you're a 35 minute walk to the bus into the city. Quiet and peaceful, and we always have it immaculately clean. All mod cons, open since April '26, and demand is off the charts. We're delighted with life.
