The house has a lovely bright living room in connection with a well-equipped kitchen, exit to the conservatory and large south-facing terrace with barbecue (charcoal) and pizza oven, south-facing garden for play, games and cool white wine. There is a bedroom (double bed), three rooms (single bed). 1xbath, 3x toilet. A few hundred meters to shopping/bus. Private parking lot. Walking distance to Tivoli. enjoy!

Birds that chirp can gather around, games both outside and inside and with ample opportunity to cook and eat both inside and outside. A glass of cool wine or a hot cup of coffee, all the while the tranquility and nature live wildly .

If you're looking for luxury, it's not the summerhouse you're looking for, but there's plenty of heart and soul in the blue house.

Takeaway food is within 200 m and can be enjoyed on the terrace with the most beautiful view of the Frigate Jutland, the Malt Factory and Ebeltoft Vig.

PLEASE NOTE this is only a request for a small double room with a soft bed. We sell coffee, tea, wine, beer and other beverages no foods. There is free WIFI, various games and books, but no TV at the premises. Remember to pack linen and towels it is not included in the price. It is mandatory to use a bed sheet, 2xpillow covers & 2xduvet covers. It is common to rent cottages in DK without linen, a lot of places in Ebeltoft is AirBnB listings is without linen.

Very charming and cozy cottage with plenty of space, 3 rooms, located on a scenic plot. Good bus connections to Aarhus. Pets allowed. Indoor smoking not allowed. Final cleaning DKK 800 and is mandatory, as well as electricity. Bed linen and towels can be purchased, DKK 150 per person, contact with host for further information.

Ideelt til børnefamilien, da der er et stort soveværelse og to børneværelser. Her bor I et stenkast fra alle byens restauranter, caféer, kultur, strand og vand. Og her er roligt og fredeligt!
