Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

On the waterfront of Ugelbølle Strand, you will find this very unique, well-maintained, charming petit cottage from the 1900s. The house has been renovated over the years and is in very good condition. When you sit in the living room and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the terrace, you get the feeling of sitting on a houseboat, as there is only 7 meters to the water. It is quiet and peaceful here - and only the sea can be heard when the window is ajar at night. The kayak or paddleboard can be put in the water directly from the terrace.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Huset indeholder 1 soveværelse med to gode senge, køkken med kogeplader, ovn og køleskab, stue med spiseplads samt TV og eget bad og toilet. Bemærk: det er et lille hus! Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.

A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini-house is in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you are standing with your toes in the warm sand on the beach. In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.
