MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. We are 30 minutes from the Village of Baddeck, home of the Alexander Graham Bell Museum and the and the Falls in rear Baddeck. Louisbourg is 1 1/2 hours away.

It is a lovely, quiet, rural setting, along the shores of Sydney Harbour. Very centrally located between the city of Sydney and surrounding towns. There is a private beach across the street or try Mira Gut provincial park beach approximately 1 km down the road. There is a children’s play structure onsite. The cottage has been newly renovated and is very modern and tastefully decorated - a true oasis!

We are one hour from Louisbourg and an hour from Baddeck (Cabot Trail). The apartment is ground level with its own access. Fully supplied kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom for all your needs. Convenient for short or longer stays.
