Το ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2024 βρίσκεται στις Συκιές. Είναι ένα διαμπερές οροφοδιαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στο Δημαρχείο Συκεών. Απέχει περίπου 1.700 μ. από την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους και περίπου 600 μ. από το Τσινάρι. Σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ελεύθερο parking Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, Wifi, πλήρως λειτουργική κουζίνα και ανιχνευτή καπνού.
