PET FRIENDLY RURAL RETREAT located on the Norfolk-Suffolk border with good country walks , where the abundant wildlife such as hares and owls may be seen. An excellent base to explore both counties and near enough to the coast to explore some excellent east coast beaches. Set adjacent to the farmhouse on our smallholding, Rose Cottage is ideal for couples and families. For young families, various items are available such as cot and high chair . Dogs are very welcome and we have an area where they can enjoy some off lead exercise as well as a secure private garden. Outside features a south facing walled enclosed garden with bbq table and chairs and loungers where you can relax and enjoy the peace. Or you can walk down to our young woodland area where you can picnic,toast marshmallows over our fire pit ,let your dog run free or just enjoy a quiet stroll.

Kingfisher Nook is light and airy with panoramic views of the beautiful Waveney valley. We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

Queenies Cottage has been beautifully restored to retain many original architectural features whilst providing modern comforts; underfloor heating, woodburner, fitted kitchen , downstairs wet room and an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom. South Green Farm is a non working 3 acre farm set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are just a 3min drive to the village of Hoxne and 5min to the market town of Eye. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Good broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Magical shepherd's hut in rural Suffolk

Hidden in our secret garden and overlooking the moat is our magical shepherds hut. We'd like to share it because even though it is in a bustling village (you are close to the bakery, butcher and pub) you are hidden away and can enjoy the serenity of being outside with wildlife - and visiting hens - and the very special pleasure of being in a beautifully crafted and luxurious hut. Explore the coast, nature reserves and Framlingham castle all within a short drive along country lanes.
