On a natural plot in a quiet area, this newly built cottage from 2022 has a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea. There is a modern kitchen in open connection with dining area and living room. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and access to the terrace, which is all the way around the house. The house has a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with toilet and sink, one with direct access to outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are three good bedrooms. At the entrance area, there is a pool table and play corner for the little ones.

Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage by the Wadden Sea. The house is large, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, an activity room with table tennis and a large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There is peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In autumn, you can experience the "Black Sun". Possibility of two beds for children.

So whether you want to enjoy nature or have fun with the kids around various activities, this house can accommodate it all. In 2023, the cottage was completely renovated, as well as expanded with an activity room and heat source. The cottage is not rented out for parties.
