Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.
