Retreat to the perfect combination of peace and quiet. Spacious 2 bedroom home on a private lake stocked with bass and other fish to spend the day with your friends and family. If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Farm stay in Lake Placid

Get away to the country side only five minutes to town that has farmer markets, different fairs, and murals on many of the businesses. For race fans Sebring Speedway is a fifteen minute drive. The home is nestled between five acres of pasture and a quaint pond . Wildlife like deer, otters, and pretty much all of Florida's wild critters can be seen regularly on the property. These views can be comfortably enjoyed while sitting in a screened in patio area with plenty of seating and ceiling fans.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful lakefront location, and it was a hit with the kids again. Very quiet area with lots of wildlife and a nice swimming area. About a 10 minute drive from the quaint town center. Thanks for another good trip!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Kevin responded promptly when I was in a panic to book. We were already in town and our planned air bnb fell through. It was meant to be because this place was even better! It’s a beautiful house with everything needed plus a great dock on the canal for fishing and kayaking. Kevin and Faith are very friendly and accommodating!

Lake side paradise

We enjoyed our stay in the Lake Placid area. The house was easy to find, not far from US 27. It is also not far from Lake Placid's fast food & other restaurants and Publix. The house was pleasant and rather clean. For our family staying there, it was nice to have three bedrooms to use. The house is a little sparse though - it would be helpful to have a chair in the bedrooms along with some bedside lamps. It also has many light switches - it seems that quite a few do not work. We enjoyed being able to take walks in the neighborhood and to the boat ramp for Lake Clay that is not far away. We also found that the individuals in the neighborhood were friendly while we were out walking and the house is in a quiet area of the neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to spend some time out on the patio out by the pool. The pool is nice and a good size. It is outside though and that required a bit of "skimming" the pool to try and keep it relatively clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at John and Beverlies place. There out of the way spots are exactly what I look for. It was so quiet, peaceful and private. Their place is the only home on a pond and this RV and campsite is secluded on the pond also. despite being so private, the grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away and their are many nice restaurants in town. the local area has many beautiful lakes and the town is very welcoming. This spot is just about perfect.
