Monthly Rentals in Sylvania

Fire spot, clean and in great location. Super close to anytime fitness, the mall, grocery store, and only a train ride from Sydney. Was running late at checkout they said it wasn’t a problem and they could just come back in the afternoon. Little things like this make the spot great and make people want to leave a review and even come back. Highly recommend!!

Peter and Junie were the most welcoming and warm hosts we could have imagined. They accommodated our late arrival and were very attentative during our stay - and they have lots of great stories to share too!! The place was peaceful and quiet with amazing views from the balcony and walking distance to an amazing coffee and pastry shop (you have to go early to avoid the queues!). Their Garden Studio had everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The host was incredibly flexible, kind, and helpful throughout our visit, which made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was absolutely stunning with a great variety of beautiful scenes and spaces that exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!
