Holiday rentals with breakfast in Syros - Ermoupoli Municipality

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Terasse ist atemberaubend mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Lage ist ruhig und man hat Privatsphäre. Trotzdem läuft man in nur 10 Minuten runter in den Hafenort Livadi mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Häuschen ist wirklich etwas besonderes . Wir kommen wieder.

This was an amazing find for us! Fit 8 adults very comfortably, with ample outdoor space and sitting areas. The best feature for us was the veranda with the most stunning view of the sea (Apigania beach just 15-20min walk) but also with the best starry sky I have ever seen. Penelope and her family are great hosts, very amenable to help us out with anything and quick to reply. Could not recommend more!!

WOW!! This property was truly amazing and stunning. We were overwhelmed with the view and location. The view is absolutely breath taking of the Aegean Sea. The house was truly amazing and had ALL amenities that you could ask for and more! Our welcome host Danis was very kind and attentive. This property is located close to the most beautiful beach of Mykonos called Elia. I cannot say enough of how beautiful this property is, we did not want to leave!!! Anyone would be lucky to stay here and we highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

We had a perfect experience staying at Thalia’s beautiful house. Everything is to a high standard and very comfortable. An ideal location right next to a beautiful clear water beach that is ideal for kids as not to deep and occasional little waves. A beach club further up that we resisted but then really enjoyed on a windy day. A mini market and tavernas all in easy walking distance. Thalia was an exceptional host (and spoke perfect English for us), always available to help with resturant suggestions etc. and even gave us home made jams and local biscuits. I particularly appreciate the well appointed kitchen and laundry, thoughtful touches like washing power and butter etc. Book shelves stacked of interesting books, information on the local area. Particularly well set up for families with small children - stair gate, basket of toys, even mini wet suits. This was our first time to Tinos and we felt like we had landed in the best spot!

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ μεγάλο, άνετο και ιδανικό για φιλοξενία. Τα δωμάτια, τα μπάνια, η κουζίνα και η τραπεζαρία προσφέρουν απόλυτη άνεση, με διαρρύθμιση που εξυπηρετεί τέλεια μια μεγάλη παρέα. Μέσα στο κτήμα υπάρχουν πορτοκαλιές και μανταρινιές και οι οικοδεσπότες μας πρότειναν να δοκιμάσουμε – πραγματικά απολαυστικά! Η αποθήκη ήταν εξαιρετική – γεμάτη με πετσέτες, κουβέρτες και ό,τι άλλο χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένα και εκλεκτά αντικείμενα, κάτι που έδειχνε τη φροντίδα και την αισθητική των οικοδεσποτών. Ο Δημήτρης και ο Φαίδων ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες – πάντα διαθέσιμοι, φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή για εξορμήσεις στη Χώρα, στις παραλίες και σε όλα τα όμορφα σημεία του νησιού. Ο μόνος περιορισμός ήταν ο δρόμος προς το σπίτι: στενός και λίγο οριακός σε ορισμένα σημεία, όχι απόλυτα ασφαλής, αλλά με λίγη προσοχή φτάνεις χωρίς πρόβλημα. Θα ήταν υπέροχο να υπήρχε και ένα BBQ για να ολοκληρώσει την εμπειρία.

Eugenia and Lorenzo’s house is a real paradise, totally peaceful as well as cosy and comfortable. We spent three very happy days there, and could not have asked for a more perfect place. It is a real home, and has clearly been decorated with love and care - as another reviewer said, this house has soul! Eugenia gave us lots of wonderful tips for beaches and restaurants, all of which were great. We left Andros rested and with full hearts, already planning when we might be able to return. A Sofia foi sempre muito responsiva e com recomendações. Como não estava presente, a sua mãe substituiu-a e foi muito prestável. Como nos dirigimos para o apartamento errado, pois também existe um apartamento Theros house em Chora, deu-nos boleia para a casa e depois para Chora para alugarmos um carro. Quando saímos também foi de propósito ao Porto para nos levar um cabo que ficou esquecido na casa. Espetacular

Evi's apartment is beautiful, clean and just what you need for a stay in Naxos. It's a 2 minute walk from the town centre, had coffee, tea, bread, fruits and water on arrival. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Naxos. Evi was extremely helpful throughout our stay. It is also great value for money.

Wow what an amazing accommodation. The view will take your breath away. We highly recommended staying here. Walking distance to a stunning beach, tavernas food was fabulous easy to get to the port. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need. So clean and so much space. We would definitely return. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and making our holiday a special place.

We loved the place, so cozy and comfortable, the balcony and view is to die for. Paul and Evagelia were extremely accommodating and generous with their time, even giving us a ride from the port. All around a wonderful experience

This was an easy place to be, close by the bus station, yet far from the noise. The roof terrace provided beautiful views of the hills and water, so peaceful. Valentina was helpful, responsive. She provided a video to help us get to the place easily. The place was clean and roomy for 3.

It was my second stay at Stefanos and as the first time I really enjoyed it. Stefanos is very friendly and welcoming and available if you need anything. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, close to the centre and the beach. Highly recommended!!

Not enough good things to say! Place was beautiful, pool was a great addition, and the breakfast was great as well! Hosts were so helpful arranging transfers and helping with public buses, and responded quickly with answers to any questions we had. A little ways out from the town, so would recommend a vehicle or to learn the buses, but could not recommend this place enough!

Great and attentive host, brought us homemade drinks and snacks at our arrival and during our stay. Made recommendations on beaches, places to visit and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and room, with useful kitchen and balcony for evening meal, and parking available for our rental car. Looks exactly like the pictures! Close to the port, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Thank you for a wonderful in Naxos! Highly recommend!

Unsere Unterkunft war das Geld definitiv wert und unsere Gastgeberin war total bemüht uns alles zu Beginn zu erklären. Sie war freundlich und man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben diverse Lebensmittel, wie etwa Obst und Jogurt zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen und sämtliche Hygieneartikel. Es war wirklich toll, vor allem, dass man ebenso seine Wäsche waschen und draußen aufhängen konnte. Zum weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Yannis was an amazing host, offering to pick us up from the ferry port free of charge. As soon as we arrived, the receptionist was very kind to walk us thru all the activities on the island, and let us check in well before the original time as our ferry arrived in the morning. The location is also walking distance from the main town, and close to many great bakeries for breakfast. Thank you Yannis and team!

Pension Sofi is the best place to stay in Naxos! A short walk to the port and bus stop, beautiful rooms & beautiful hosts. The breakfasts each morning were lovely and it was delightful to sit out on the balcony and eat each morning. The room was well equipped with a fridge and a few crockery and cutlery which was perfect. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Superbe guest house avec un très bon emplacement. Les chambres sont très belles ainsi que la piscine. Le petit déjeuner et très bon également.

Katerina is so helpful and responsive. I felt at home while I stayed with her. Her place is a little hard to find, as it's off the main road, but she picked me up from the port so I didn't have to find it at night with all my bags. It's a bit of a walk from town (15 min walk to closest beach, 15-25 min to shops and restaurants) but this makes for a very peaceful area to stay in. Nice views all around the house. I definitely recommend this place to solo travelers especially :-)

An incredibly private location with stunning surroundings. Everything at Melisses is thought through, every little touch has a reason and a place. And the breakfasts are phenomenal!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Il est très bien bien positionné dans un village typique grecque très mignon à seulement 5/10 minutes à pieds du port. L'appartement est très charmant et la piscine est super. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et gentils. Je recommande fortement.

Anna was fantastic on communication. Picked us up and drop us off at the port for a moderate price. The accommodation is perfectly located with everything you need nearby. Anna provided home made pie and wine on arrival, a lovely treat! Highly recommended 😊

A unique accommodation experience. Upon entering the property you are greeted by a large common living area with a big window looking out onto the sea. The whole place is bright, clean and comfortable. Great communication with the hosts, and the breakfast is very large and delicious. The location is a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of the Chora, and a little further to the nearest car parks.
