A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Recommended for couples, families and friend groups looking for a quality vacation at the countryside.

Margarita Suite

Margarita Suite is a new 92 sqm apartment in Ermoupolis, Syros, which continues the tradition of the Markos family of Kini. The property is 6 minutes from the port and the city center, next to a public parking lot, a supermarket, a market. On the second floor of a neoclassical building, it consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. Ideal for those who want to get to know the capital of the island, but also very close to the bus stop, for a tour of the villages.

It is a neoclassical building built in the last century and later remodeled to serve modern functional needs. It is built on three levels, with its foundations literally in the sea. It is a 150 sqm house that offers comfort to its guests for relaxing holidays in Syros.

Cactus guest house is a fully renovated cottage that can accommodate families with children or up to 6 adults at the same time.
