Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Sängkläder & handdukar ingår ej. Gästen städar själv, avresestäd kan bokas mot tillägg (obligatoriskt vid husdjur).

Mysig stuga mitt i Sysslebäck med ett skyddat läge. Utsikt över Klarälven och på kvällarna ser man på håll Branäs backar med ljus och pistmaskiner. Nära till både affär och badhus. Endast 10 min med bil till Branäs och 20 min till Långberget. Stora rymliga rum. Nyrenoverat badrum med dusch. Matplats för 8 personer i tv-rum/ allrum och matplats för 5 personer i köket. Bra utrustat kök med micro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, våffeljärn, brödrost. Ingen diskmaskin Sängkläder/sänglinne ingår ej

Välkommen till vårt mysiga och fräscha hus. Nyrenoverade ytskikt 2024 i stor del av boendet. Nya sängar, madrasser, täcken, kuddar etc. Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km, badhus 500m. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎

Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.
