A konyha magasan felszerelt, lehetőség van főzni és sütni is. A belváros nagyjából 10 perc sétával elérhető. A közelben található kávézó, pékség, cukrászda, kisbolt, dohánybolt, drogéria, mosoda, konditerem buszmegállók és patika. Kisállat igény esetén hozható.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
