Family-friendly holiday rentals in 't Zand

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Irma was een vriendelijke geinteresseerde host, makkelijk in contact. Heerlijke plek, het was net iets te koud om buiten te kunnen zitten maar naast de pipowagen staat een kas waar het fijn zitten is en heerlijk qua temperatuur. Gezellig ingericht, alles prima in orde en zeker aan te raden!

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Marcel war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem großen Garten. Die Abende konnte man draußen gut am Lagerfeuer und im Whirlpool verbringen. Perfekter Ort zum entspannen.

Schöne Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe von Freunden! Gerne wieder.

我们团队一行6人，商务行后旅行经过一晚，1、房屋主人主动沟通确认到达时间，原计划8:30到，实际到达要9:30-10点了，提前1小时通知，房东非常有耐心； 2、房子里有树屋和秋千； 3、方便停车🅿️； 4、周围2.5KM有大海和海滩，沙滩上有贝壳🐚，很适合散步看海踩沙滩🏖️；

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and Martin was an excellent host. Bonus cats too!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at the Farm with Patries and Mike! We had the most amazing time staying at Patries and Mike’s farm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. Patries and Mike are truly exceptional hosts – warm, generous, and full of heart. You can feel how much love and care they put into their place and into every guest they welcome. The farm itself is a little slice of paradise. Surrounded by nature, animals, and peace, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, slow down, and reconnect with what really matters. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds – and especially the proud rooster announcing each new day with great enthusiasm! There’s a real sense of authenticity and warmth here that’s hard to put into words – you simply have to experience it. Thank you, Patries and Mike, for opening your hearts and your home to us. We left with full hearts, new inspiration, and the feeling that we had just spent time with old friends. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass wir alles gut erreichen konnten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die herzliche Kommunikation mit dem/der Gastgeber*in – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Treppenstufen zum Apartment sind – typisch für diesen schönen Altbau – etwas steil. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber man sollte es wissen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie ein wunderbares Wochenende in Uitgeest. Die Umgebung mit der Windmühle, den Wiesen mit viel Wasser, Natur und dem schönen Ort direkt um die Ecke sind der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge ans Meer oder nach Haarlem und Amsterdam. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und ist schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lotte's house is simply perfect. Very close to Amsterdam and the airport, but still in a calm, quiet environment. The breakfast was always varied and very tasty. Our little boys loved the chickens. :) Lotte and her husband were incredibly sweet and helpful. We felt great, we would come back anytime! If I could, I would give 10 stars! :) Thank you for everything Lotte!

Das war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer süßen und sehr gemütlichen Unterkunft! Wenn wir wieder nach Amsterdam kommen, dann wollen wir auf jeden Fall wieder in Astrids kleinem Kuschelhäuschen untergebracht sein! Hier ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es steht auch eine Auswahl an Gewürzen, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung sowie ausreichende Kochutensilien und Geschirr. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, so wie die Bushaltestelle mit einer guten Verbindung nach Amsterdam. Alles in allem eine Fünfsterneplus-Unterkunft! Vielen Dank dafür, Astrid!

Wir waren insgesamt eine Woche bei Gidus & wären auch gern noch länger geblieben. :) Die ganze Anlage ist sehr grün und idyllisch. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Unser Hund hat sich auch super wohl gefühlt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind in einem super Zustand und werden mehrmals am Tag gesäubert. Unser Frühstück war fantastisch und von der Menge mehr als ausreichend. Es wurde uns immer morgens pünktlich vorbeigebracht und das Brot war immer noch warm. Wir sind öfters auch zum Strand nach Callantsoog gefahren, mit dem Auto über Schnellstraßen ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt. Dort ist auch ein Bereich an dem die Hunde frei rumlaufen dürfen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! :)

Super Unterkunft und super Gastgeber . Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß sind haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war mit dem Boot erreichbar und wir konnten mit dem Boot einkaufen fahren. Es war ein echtes Abenteuer. Der Unterkunft sowie der Pool war sauber. Hat alles gepasst für uns ☀️

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Wendela sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das „Rosenhäuschen“ war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war unser „ Home away from home“. Und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

We hebben een heerlijk pinksterweekend gehad. Annet had slingers opgehangen en een kadootje neergelegd omdat we de verjaardag van mijn dochter vierden. Ook lagen er koekjes en verse eitjes. Het huisje staat op een rustige camping met vriendelijk personeel. Het strand is vlakbij en je kunt heerlijk fietsen in de omgeving.

Geweldige locatie. Op loopafstand van Cocksdorp. Aan de rand van het park, daardoor een mooi uitzicht en rust. Met de auto goed bereikbaar. Drie badkamers, dus goed voor groepen (in ons geval drie gezinnen) en toch privacy en eigen plek.

Leuke, mooi onderhouden, gemoedelijke camping. De hosts zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand.

Evelien was wonderful, kind and helpful. The apartment was just as it was described and the pictures are what you enter as well! Perfect apartment for us and our little girl 15 months old. the bed was soooo comfortable! the apartment was clean and well looked after. we didn't hear any noise apart, it was incredibly peaceful.

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

Magdalena hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht haben, hat sie uns Brot und andere Leckereien bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, die Lage ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
