Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and just the right size for our group of 9 on a quick weekend getaway. The space was well-equipped and comfortable overall. One thing to note is the steep slope going down to the property—it can be a bit tricky to drive, especially if you're not confident behind the wheel. During our stay (rainy season), some appliances got wet due to minor gaps in the cover, so a few small fixes there would help. Also, expect some bugs at night and in the morning, so bring insect repellent if you're sensitive. Lastly, the kitchen is in the basement, and taller guests might need to watch their heads—it’s a bit low. Overall, a great experience and would still recommend for a chill escape with friends or family.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

My family had a nice time when we stayed at Winnie’s place for four days and three nights. The place is as advertised. It is very close to all the spots in the Tagaytay area. The caretakers, Norman and Neri, were superb. We forgot something on check out and they were kind enough to still answer and check it out for us. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The videoke, pool, and roofdeck are great features of the place. Views are great too! I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family visiting Tagaytay!

Mary Ann (host) was incredibly responsive making check-in a breeze . Kuya Abet was great and very helpful. He made sure that he attended to all our needs and available anytime. The amenities were great, games area and salt water swimming pool, very pristine. We will definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)

We booked the place as our wedding prep house. On the day of our check in, the electricity went out due to a lightning strike. So the caretaker, whose phone batt died, had to run out and find a place to charge so that she could contact us. Honestly, we were really stressed out. But both the caretaker and the owner still responded kindly to us. We really appreciated their kindness and understanding!! Though nothing was their fault, they still made the effort to comfort us by allowing us to check out later and even gifted us a box of buko pie!! Legit 10/10 for this place! Really nice place, and really kind people 🙏

The location was perfect, just walking distance to Skyranch. The kitchen was well equipped with condiments and cookware. We enjoyed the karaoke too! Highly recommended, will definitely book again!

We did a last minute drive to Tagaytay and Hazell quickly responded to our request, accommodated and welcomed us greatly! The stay was very warm and cozy and the view of taal is right there. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed Measy’s place. It was very clean, clutter free and well thought off. We are visiting from out of the country so we appreciated that there was a washer along with fresh towels for us to use. The beds were comfortable as well. Love that there is a cafe right by the entrance of the gated neighborhood. Above all, Measy was very responsive and helpful. Super close to Robinson’s mall. Definitely worth a second stay. I’ll rate my overall stay in Balkonahe ni Miranda as 4.7/5. The place creates a relaxing and soothing climate. The rooms are well cleaned, furnished and designed to destress you from the city hustle-bustle. The pool and its garden is perfect to support your splash cravings at night. lAside from the entire place, Ate Jane is very accommodating. She supported us with some of our needs and is flexible enough to make ammends for non digital transactions. Moreover, the star of the night is Miranda, the dog. This furryball welcomed us with a big smile and paws-itive vibes. Additional towels could have made this stay higher alongside with streetlights especially at night. Nonetheless, still recommendable - Migs Sakin okay lahat. Need lang improve yung maintenance ng floor of pool. Kasi madulas. - Des Accommodating si ate. - Ela Great place with awesome view. This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Loved the place! Pati relatives ko natuwa and nasulitan, super lapit sa picnic grove and siglo cafe. Mabait din yung care taker, plus 2 yung cr. Owner is also kind and friendly. :)

Great price, plenty rooms, and spacious living room. Just what we are looking for especially since we have PWD, the wide stairs with hand rail made it easy for us to bring him up the stairs. The kids also had fun in the entertainment room. Overall, satisfied with our stay. Thank you!
