Fantastic villa perfect for large groups! We hosted a team-building retreat with 28 people and had an amazing experience. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great common areas for bonding and activities. The host was very responsive and accommodating, thank you sir Mico! Highly recommended for corporate getaways!

It was great. We were able to cook our meals, bathrooms are clean and it comes with necessities (Shampoo and soaps), and they have provided the sink with towels to dry the plates and utensil even soap dish was available to clean after our mess. The caretakers were very helpful. 100% Value for Money.

Thanks Kathryn for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! It was such a nice time to enjoy with friends now that we have our babies. There were plenty of things to do for the young ones and adult - karaoke, barbecue facilities, and swimming pool. The pool has nice views of the mountain and the kid’s pool was relaxingly warm. Kathryn was an extremely great host. Very prompt to respond. We were also given a nice token of aloe vera plant to take home. Overall, I would recommend staying at Casa Erika! We will definitely be back again ✨

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.

John Louie is very accommodating and responsive. Replies right away and gives exact directions. He’s very proactive too. The place is exactly as described. Same as the photos too. It is very spacious and clean. The pool is warm (summer time) nice to relax in. The weather is extemely hot when we arrived so it’s not best to swim around 10am-3pm. We just had lunch and played with board games that they provided. We also did karaoke. Suggestion to put sun shade at the pool area. They provided clean blankets. Complete kitchen appliances (ref, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pans, pots and bowls. They also have a griller. The pool lights and water falls are some of the features the children loved. The overall stay was excellent and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Cleofe’s Place! The property is spacious, private, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the heated jacuzzi, which was such a treat, and the stunning view from the veranda. The restrooms were spotless, which we really appreciated, and the entire place has plenty of ig-worthy spots for photos. A big shoutout to Ms. Rita, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very responsive to all our questions from the moment we inquired until we checked out. Overall, an amazing experience. We will definitely book again! Highly recommended!

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful Nordic Loft For positive comment- maybe need to create an easy acces from karaoke room to the main dining/sala. Not to divide the guest

Perfect for groups who want a private and comfortable stay. The open layout makes it easy to hang out and keep an eye on everyone, whether you’re in the kitchen, living room, or outside. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help if you need anything. 5 stars – highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

Our stay is very sulit! Feels like home. The one where you feel the very province vibes that gives you the very relaxing feels. Too many beautiful plants and greeneries that add more relaxation. I love how they recycled plastic gallons and bottles and used as coverings and decors for lighting. I love the kitchen in the middle, it is perfect for a family dinner where you prepare food together and bond under the mango tree. Will definitely go back when time permits

Our stay at Sofia's Country Style Villa in Tagaytay was a truly pleasant experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a highlight of the trip—they spent hours playing and having fun. While the house may appear small from the outside, it’s surprisingly spacious and well laid out inside, providing more than enough room for a large group or family. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to big families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tagaytay.

Diana's place offered a brief yet delightful escape. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and check-in was seamless. While the pool wasn't heated and was a bit on the smaller side, it was just right for our little ones to splash around in. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

The place looks exactly the same as the photos. The caretaker Razel is very attentive and nice. Though they don't provide toiletries and towels, it's ok since we prefer to bring our own. Needs improvement on the cook wares though.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The cabin was cozy and had most of the things we needed. We mostly appreciate the caretaker and owner personally visiting us from time to time to ask us if we needed anything. While everything in the place was already mentioned in the listing and comments (ex. mosquitos during night), we would’ve appreciated knowing that there was another cabin directly beside ours. For context, their pool was beside our dirty kitchen and side entrance. We honestly didn’t mind since there was a partition. Do consider, however, that the other cabin’s noise and chatter are very much audible in this cabin. This is beyond the owner’s control but just something to consider (quiet time was 10pm & our neighbor cabin’s guests were still laughing and chatting at 11pm.) Nonetheless, we still thank the owner and caretaker for being available and welcoming.

The place itself was spotless and beautifully designed — the interior was soothing and perfect for relaxation. We especially loved the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of cooking and dining utensils, making meal prep really enjoyable. The rooms were huge, each with two big, comfortable beds. Rachelle also offered extra mattresses at no extra charge, which was a nice bonus. All the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
