The property around the cabin has many unique rock formations & a few small canyons that are great for exploring. The property is bordered on the East by the State Park & on the West by a 9000 acres Wildlife Management Area. A boat ramp is 5 min away & the State Park beach is 15 min from the cabin.

Welcome to the Uinta Mountains! Our cozy cabin is sitting on one acre and surrounded by beautiful 360-degree views. Just a 10 min drive to Kamas and 25 min drive to Iconic Park City. Some of the best hiking, biking, skiing, UTV, and snowmobiling that Utah has to offer. After a fun day of activities come relax in the cozy cabin, by the fireplace. If it's just a break you need, there's plenty to do on the lot: Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Grill, Lawn Games or a scenic walk to plenty of nearby streams.

Rancho Sin Vacas is a slice of Hanna. 12-acre property on the N. Fork of the Duchesne River at the base of the Ashley National Forest in Hanna, UT, 78 miles east of SLC. The 1/4 mile of river frontage is registered as "Blue Ribbon" by the State. The cabin has a kitchen, dining room, living room with newer sofa sleeper, bathroom (new shower), bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, Huge Front deck, and fireplaces and fire pit. Ponds, canals, alpacas and a Llama, named Osama bin Lama.
