Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

The Acorn has it's own separate entrance and is fully furnished with a king size bed, TV, table and 2 chairs, small kitchen area equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave oven and kettle. The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.

This is a log cabin 6.5 x 7.5 meters.LED evening soft light dimmable. Located on a working arable farm. Currently set up for sleeping 4 persons in double sofa bed and 2 singles. All one space, small kitchenette with 2 ring hob, drinks cooler, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar, sink, shower & toilet with hand basin and living area. £6 pet fee is for doggy treats, a drying towel, basket and blanket.

Cutlery, plates and cooking equipment provided. There is a small patio area outside. Set in the countryside with some lovely local walks . The annexe is in our garden situated approximately 10 metres from our house .
