Close to the beach in El Rodadero. You'll love it !

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located recently updated and remodeled condo. Next to the new boardwalk (still in completion phase, under construction) and the beach. Also nearby are restaurants, clubs and shopping. All within a five minute walk! No taxis required! The building is very safe. It has 24 hour security and there is only one entrance/exit which goes through the security desk. We have onsite management personnel so any issues or concerns can be handled quickly and easily.

Located in the exclusive area of Pozos Colorados, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired, Bello Horizonte Beach steps away, Views of both the Sierra Navada and the Caribbean, with shopping At Zuzue plaza... and just a few minutes drive from Rodadero or Paque de Novios. Making your stay comfortable. Aside from what you need, we always go further with, coffee, sugar, water, for a few days, if you need more call.

Tents on the beach are owned by the beach club and are free of charge. The beach is very quiet and uncrowded (compared to the Rodadero :P)

A privileged location, with one of the best beaches in Santa Marta, its white sand and spacious. Direct access to the Zazué shopping center, with a shopping mall, restaurants, ATMs and supermarkets. The apartment has a feeling of being outdoors due to the large terrace that is for private use. The sunsets enjoyed from the terrace are unique.
